The accepted payment methods are:

• Visa or Mastercard credit card via secure server with 128-bit encryption.
• Bank transfer in advance.
• Top up your Postepay on the card number that will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
• Cash on delivery.
• In cash, debit card or bank check (with a photocopy of an identity document), if you choose to collect directly from our office.

With the exception of payments made by credit card, you must always wait for payment authorization. For all payments received without authorization, La Borsa del Treno reserves the right to apply commission fees for the refund of the amount received in error.

In case of payment by bank transfer or top-up on a Postepay card, the order placed by the Customer is kept reserved until receipt of a copy of the document certifying the payment within and no later than 3 working days from sending the payment authorization. This document must be sent to La Borsa del Treno by fax or e-mail in order to proceed with the preparation of the goods to be delivered or shipped.
